From debuting in Imagine TV’s hit romantic drama series ‘Kitni Mohabbat Hai’ in 2009 to hosting one of the most popular reality crime prevention shows ‘Gumrah: End of Innocence’ on Channel V in 2012, and then finally making his Bollywood debut with Vikram Bhatt’s ‘Horror Story’ in the same year, Karan Kundrra has challenged himself every step of the way.
Sincere and spontaneous at the same time, Karan has the ability to think on his feet and that’s what made him a popular TV host.
He has also played the role of a gang leader for two consecutive years on adventure-reality show ‘MTV Roadies’ in 2015 and 2016, along with hosting ‘MTV Love School’ in 2018, both of which has garnered him a significant fan-following amongst the youth.
Karan Kundrra has been ranked at 84th and 92nd position on the Forbes India list for top 100 celebrities in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
He was Guest of Honour at Asia’s largest youth conference IIMUN held in 2013. He was awarded the ‘Outstanding Talent of the Year’ at ‘Filmfare Middle East 2022’ held in Dubai.
He has also starred in Bollywood movies like ‘Mubarakan’, ‘1921’ and ‘Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare’. He has also done Punjabi films like ‘Jatt Romantic’ and ‘Control Bhaji Control’.
His varied and long-standing career mark him as an excellent emcee, with an array of interesting stories to tell.
